Emily Goldie (UK)
Emily Goldie currently lives and trains in the United Kingdom and is part of the GB barefoot team. In 2002 she decided to pursue her barefooting goals and began training with British team coach Clive Wilsdon. She would later make the trip to Winter Haven, FL and receive top coaching and Instruction from Paul Macdonald and Ron Scarpa at Ron Scarpa Watersports, trying to take her skiing to the next level.

Finding time to get on the water has always been tough for Emily as she too is working with a short season living in the UK. Emily has come along way in such a short period of time and a large part of that is due to her commitment to staying active and working out through the off months. In 2004 all of the hard work paid off as she took home Gold in tricks, Slalom and Jump in the European Championships Junior Girls Division.

Recently in 2006 Emily has achieved personal bests in every event (Slalom, Jump, Tricks) and set a new British Junior Girls record of 2,160 points. Emily is determined not to stop there and is hungry for more. She plans to try and follow the warm water as long as she can in order to get the practice she needs to keep her competitive edge.
